Check the records behind the three-company IPO forecast

SpaceX's later offering announcement is distinct from Anthropic financing and OpenAI's corporate restructuring.

Originally posted · Published here · 3 sources

The social post forecast 2026 IPOs for SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic with a combined value above $1.5 trillion. It did not provide filings establishing all three offerings. The company records below describe different transactions and should not be combined into a confirmed three-company IPO schedule.

SpaceX: a later offering announcement

On 2026-06-11, SpaceX announced IPO pricing of 555,555,555 Class A shares at $135 each. The release expected trading to begin June 12 and the offering to close June 15, subject to closing conditions. That is a dated public-offering announcement made after the original social post. [1]

Anthropic: a private financing round

Anthropic announced a $13 billion Series F at a $183 billion post-money valuation in September 2025. That announcement described a financing round, not a public stock offering. [2]

OpenAI: a corporate structure change

OpenAI's October 2025 restructuring placed its commercial business in OpenAI Group PBC under nonprofit control. The corporate form described in that announcement did not itself establish a stock-exchange listing. [3]

These records support specific dated facts. They do not verify the original combined valuation or prove that all three forecast IPOs occurred.
