Plan a talking-avatar clip with Avatar IV
A photo and script can produce an animated clip, with review needed for speech, motion and the source image.

HeyGen describes Avatar IV as an image-to-video model that can turn a photo and script into a talking video with lip synchronization, facial movement and gestures [1]. Our social post introduced that photo-based workflow.
Prepare one clear message
Start with a short script that sounds natural when read aloud. Use a source image you own or have permission to animate. Keep the first clip short enough to review closely before producing a longer piece.
HeyGen says the model supports angled or profile photos and stylized characters as well as realistic subjects [1]. That describes supported inputs, not a guarantee that every pose will animate convincingly.
Review the generated performance
Watch the mouth movements against the audio. Check pronunciation, eye direction, hand motion and any changes to the character's appearance. If the result distracts from the message, revise the input or generate another take.
A reusable workflow should keep the source image, script, audio choice and selected output together. That makes later revisions easier to trace.
This article explains the capability. It does not upload private character references, grant reuse rights to someone else's likeness or claim that we tested a particular generated clip.
