Check the garment before choosing a T-shirt mockup
Our carousel listed MockupMark, Creative Fabrica and Placeit for presenting clothing designs.

The original carousel listed MockupMark, Creative Fabrica and Placeit as places to look for T-shirt mockups. A mockup shows how artwork might appear on a garment; it is not a photograph of the finished printed product.
Check what the download contains
Placeit describes a browser-based workflow for putting designs on T-shirt and other product mockups [1]. Creative Fabrica's catalog includes T-shirt mockup assets with their own formats and license terms [2]. The MockupMark name comes from our original slide; its current feature set could not be independently confirmed during this archive update.
Before choosing an asset, check whether it is an editable template, a plain photograph or a generator that exports a finished image. Those require different amounts of work. The original caption called the resources free, but that should not be read as a promise that every template or export is free today.
Match the product honestly
Use a garment shape and print position that resemble the item you will sell. Check whether folds or lighting obscure the artwork. Keep an unaltered copy of the design so that the mockup does not become your only source file.
For a product listing, compare the presentation with a real printed sample before implying that the mockup shows the final result.
