Vercel announced a $300 million Series F on 2025-09-30 at a $9.3 billion valuation. Accel and GIC co-led the round. The company also announced a separate tender offer of roughly $300 million for eligible early investors and current or former employees. [1]

Two different transactions

The funding round and tender offer should not be combined into a single claim about new operating capital. A tender offer lets eligible holders sell shares under specified terms. The announcement presented it separately from the financing. [1]

What matters when choosing hosting

The company's growth can explain investment in its platform. Your deployment decision still needs workload evidence: expected traffic, build times, function limits, observability and monthly cost.

Try a representative application and record those measures before expanding usage. Keep an export and migration plan for the parts of the application that depend on provider-specific services. The historical valuation alone cannot establish whether the platform fits your project.
