Add a clear call to action with VideoEffects overlays
Customize a template, choose the right export and check that it does not cover the important part of the shot.

VideoEffects provides animated overlays such as subscribe banners, comment boxes and profile graphics. Its site describes changing text, colors and images, then downloading the result for a video editor [1].
Match the export to the editor
The product page distinguishes transparent MOV exports from greenscreen MP4 exports, with examples of editors suited to each [1]. Check your editing application's support before spending time customizing a template.
Import a short test and put it over actual footage. Make sure the background disappears correctly and the overlay stays readable against both bright and dark areas of the shot.
Make the action easy to understand
Choose one message for the overlay. A follow prompt, a keyword instruction and a subscription request appearing together compete for the viewer's attention.
Keep the graphic away from faces, captions and the controls shown by the destination platform. Watch the exported clip on a phone, where the available space is much smaller than an editing preview.
The template count and subscription terms can change after the original post. Use the current product page for those details. The purpose of the overlay is to explain the next action clearly, rather than to add motion everywhere or promise more engagement without measuring it.
